Since all are beauty products, your returns are not questioned if you find the orders are misplaced, missing, wrong products, not well packaged, leaked, broken or seal opened. We ensure to provide you with good quality products and packaging to make no way for such returns.
If you wish to cancel your order, go to my account>click on the order you want to cancel>click on cancel
Incase of return, the refund will be directly processed to your original payment gateway and it may reflect in your bank account within two to three days. If the payment is done by Cash On Delivery, the refund will be proceeded to the provided bank account in your profile, otherwise, stored as a wallet payment or gift card for future purchases.
